Note:by or not...untill/till are used with future perfect. Untill/till - only in negative sentences.
Ex.:She'll have finished by 8 o'clock.
She won't have finished untill 8 o'clock.
1.Actions in progress at a stated future time
Ex.:He'll be sunbathing in Hawaii this time next week.
2.Actions which are the result of a routine(instead of Pres.Cont.)
Ex.:I'll be seeing John tomorrow.
3.When we ask politely about people's arrangements to see if they can do sth for us or because we want to offer to do sth for them
Ex.:Will you be going to the supermarket? Can you buy me some tea?
